Carnelian

Carnelian is a brownish red mineral which is a semi-precious stone. It is technically silica mineral chalcedony colored by iron oxide. In Roman times it was used to make seal rings with because hot wax will not stick to Carnelian. 

Carnelian has a bold energy feelings to it which is very stimulating. This is a great crystal to work with if you are taking on a leadership position. It empowers us and gives us the courage to do more than we previously thought ourselves capable of. 

If you fear public speaking this is a good talisman. Simply carry a piece of Carnelian with you. It takes away timid feelings, lends eloquence to speech, and makes one bold.
